For over 20 years I have been intensively involved in the topics of learning, development and change. In my role as a project manager in various research and consulting projects on the topics of strategic personnel and organizational development in growth companies, change processes in SMEs and innovation & change capability in companies, I have built up a sound knowledge base. I have been able to successfully apply this expertise in cooperation with numerous companies and public organizations.

My focus is on the question of what individuals and teams need in order to learn sustainably, develop and successfully shape change. I am particularly interested in the diagnosis and management of paradoxical areas of tension within organizations.

As a Professional Certified Coach (certified by the International Coaching Federation, ICF), I follow a systemic solution-focused approach based on the following principles: “If something works, do more of it. If something doesn’t work (anymore), try something else!”; ‘Keep it simple!’ and ‘Work with what’s there!’.

I enthusiastically support executives, managers, HR and OE departments as well as start-ups, growth companies and SMEs in mastering their challenges and successfully shaping change.
